COUPLES SMALL GROUPS

Grow with your spouse alongside other married couples through a small group led by trained leaders. Couples can join a group to strengthen their relationship and learn in community. If you’re interested in starting a couples group, please contact Susie Knepper.

PREMARITAL MENTORING

This ministry is designed for seriously dating, engaged, or newly married couples to prepare for a healthy, Christ-centered marriage. Mature mentor couples help each mentored couple explore their relationship with the guidance of curriculum. Some of the topics include communication, conflict resolution, financial management, spiritual beliefs, and relationship roles.

What does it entail? To start, you'll take an online assessment from home, and then be paired with a trained mentor couple to get acquainted. You'll meet with the couple over the course of six 90-minute sessions. This is not counseling, but a great opportunity to learn from a couple who can share their own experience.

What is the benefit? Through this program we've seen research-based positive outcomes, improved relationship dynamics and satisfaction, and significantly reduced risk of divorce.

How can we get started? New Community Church has partnered with other local churches to pair couples together for mentoring. Please complete the form below to apply.
