Tahoe Weekend Away

Join us for an opportunity to recharge at the edge of beautiful Lake Tahoe, an informal gathering of our NCC community for a time of rest, refreshment, worship, fellowship, and play.

Our group will meet together for worship, devotionals and sharing in the mornings and evenings, with afternoons free for playing at the beach, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, tennis, golf, or just hanging with friends.

When: Labor Day Weekend, August 30-September 2, 2024

LODGING AND MEALS
Our group has space for about 40 people to stay in hotel-style rooms or rustic cabins. Hotel rooms have two queen beds. Cabins have kitchens, living rooms, shared bathrooms, and vary in number of bedrooms. Check-in time is 3 pm on Friday, August 30 and check-out is at 11 am on Monday, September 2.

Prices are per person and include accommodations for 3 nights + 7 meals, Saturday breakfast through Monday breakfast. (Friday dinner is on your own.)

HOTEL STYLE ROOM WITH 2 QUEEN BEDS
Double occupancy-adult/teen: $360 per person (first 2 people per room)
   Additional adult/teen: $150 
   Child age 4-12: $99
   Child age 0-3: no charge
Single occupancy-adult: $570

RUSTIC CABIN WITH SHARED BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Double occupancy-adult/teen: $410 per person (first two people per cabin)
   Additional adult/teen: $150 
   Child age 4-12: $99 
   Child age 0-3: no charge 


BEFORE YOU REGISTER

  • If you're a solo attendee intending to share a room, kindly ensure you have a confirmed roommate who will register concurrently with you. This will help us manage our room allocation. Need help finding a roommate? Click here and we’ll help match you with someone before you both register.

  • Partial scholarships are available for double/multiple occupancy accommodations; if you need one, please contact Christine Taylor.
